I create my own reality

Last week, I wrote to you about the four techniques I use to combat self doubt and fear. This week, I’m writing to you, because I took my own advice. I have finally put my self doubt behind me and I am pursuing my passion of helping people. I will be offering one on one services as a mindset coach and spiritual advisor. I’ll be explaining exactly what that is through social media, so make sure you’re following me over on Instagram @kaillytucker0

If you could find it in your heart to support this journey and new chapter for me I would so appreciate it. This is something I’ve wanted to do for a very long time, but because of my fear I held myself back with lots of “what if I fail” questions. Before I knew it, I failed before I even tried. Since using those techniques and doing tons of inner work, I am standing in my power with you today, announcing my career change. It’s so surreal. This is what happiness feels like.

So for this week’s inspiration, I ask you to start believing in yourself and your dreams. Make them happen and stop letting your doubts, and the opinions of others dictate your future. So if you’re unhappy with your life or your career, change it. You have the power to do that, and if you didn’t know that, then it’s time to see me.

Much love,

Kailly

How to use affirmations:

  • Write them where you will see them

  • Say them out loud or to yourself and say them often

  • Set reminder alarms to say them

Why affirmations work:

  • If you say something often enough, you eventually believe it and accept it as your reality.
